Travis brings over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his role as Senior Portfolio Manager and head of the fast-growing Strategic Private Wealth Counsel based in Kelowna, B.C., not only does Travis run successful wealth management practice, he’s also instrumental in architecting and managing the Rockridge Private Debt Pool, Forsyth Private Real Estate Portfolios, and Laurier Private Real Estate Pool for Willoughby Asset Management, a retail-friendly, multi-provider portfolio solution focusing on private debt, private real estate, and private equity.

Since the launch of the Rockridge Private Debt and Real Estate Pool on Feb 1, 2018, under Travis’s administration it’s quickly grown to over $600 million. With Travis as PM since Sept 30, 2019, Forsyth Private Real Estate Portfolios has grown to over $500 million with positive quarterly performance. As PM on Laurier Private Real Estate Portfolios, launched Jan 2021 with an impressive $40 million in deposit at inception and grown to over $130 million.
